Concrete Materials Consultant
Terence C. Holland is a consultant in the area of concrete materials and concrete construction practices. His clients include owners, designers, contractors, and concrete suppliers. He also provides services as an expert witness. Dr. Holland is a member of several ACI and ASTM committees, including ACI 318. He is a past chair of the ACI Technical Activities Committee, the ACI Sustainability Committee, and a past president of the Institute. In 2010 Terry was named an Honorary Member of ACI.
Terry is a 1968 graduate of the U. S. Military Academy at West Point. His military service included Viet Nam, Korea, and the U. S. He received his masters and doctoral degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.
